This hostel is located in the lively district of Vila Madalena; it's a fantastic neighborhood for restaurants and bars, little quirky and vintage shops, and market. It's within walking distance do Beco do Batman, highly recommended to graffiti and street art lovers.

Communal areas in this hostel are just amazing! A chill-out rooms, a library with books, a spacious garden and green outdoor area with terrace and hammocks, a cosy bar for guests and friends, free wi-fi, kitchen facilities, free maps and the best breakfast in town.

I stayed at Ô De Casa for just under a week during Carnival and can't recommend the hostel highly enough for anyone heading to Brazil during Carnival or on a holiday. The location was amazing, rooms were clean and affordable, but best of all the staff were attentive and really made the experience memorable. Special thanks to Carol, Ricardo and John for all their work!
