You can book 2 types of accommodation
-1 45-sqm private suite in the basement, composed by 1 bedroom with double bed (WiFi, gas for cooking, shower, cooler and central heating). Suitable for 2 people. Extra beds available for a 3rd of 4th guest
-1 103-sqm apartment on the 4nd floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is available and another one is not available at present. The bathroom is private for the guests.

The B&B is convenient to hotels, cafes, shops, cinemas, concert halls, and theatres. It is located 5 minutes to the metro station and the main cross of tehran.

The people are very nice and good! But in organizing stuff they are really not professional. I dont want to get into details because i do not want to offend them.
Peyham is a knowledgable and courteous host. He speaks very good English and made me very welcome. I recommend this hostel.
I'm quite impressed by the hospitality of the owner Payam who helped me a lot, and also your lovely family for inviting me to have iftar with you. thank you for everything!! Highly recommend this hostel to everyone, especially solo travellers like me.
