During checkin, a form is needed to be filled. this is taking too long and everyone has a long check in procedures. also, it is better to include city taxes and bedsheet inside the stated price to avoid confusion.
This hotel is very near from main train station, and with 24h card ( around 4 Euro) you can reach most of Museums. It's clean and staff are friendly. I will stay here for next trips.
Had a very good experience here. Room, staff, breakfast were all better than expected. Much better experience than the A&O in Vienna HBF, for instance.
