If you are looking for luxury, maybe is not the best place. But I wasn't, and I really liked the place. It fits the price you pay, the staff is nice and the place is close to main part of Venice by bus (the bus stop is 1 minute from the B&B). I recommend it!
The staff is very helpful and nice. the location is extremely convenience, just about 500 meter from the train station. So Highly recommended to back-packer.
This is Venice ... Of course, not an island, but for those who travel without luxury - will be satisfied. Clean, neat, near the station. One euro and 50 cents and you are on the islands.
