We have 11 rooms, with different types: 4 suites - with private bathroom and fridge, (some with balcony), 1 cozy apartment - with balcony, fridge and bathroom, , 4 doubles with sharing bathrooms, 1 twin with sharing bathrooms and private washbasin and 1 single with sharing bathrooms and private washbasin.
Location and surroundings
Very traditional neighbor. We have a lidl supermarket 5 minutes walking and open shops 24h. We are 20 minutes walking to downtown and 10 minutes walking to graça - the old part of the city.

We have spacious common areas such as a totally renewed kitchen, spacious living room and comfortable dinning room.
