Room types
We are a little hostel that provides accommodation for only 14 guests which consists in two 6 bed dorms and a double/twin room. The hostel is gonna grow it's capacity in spring when the attic opens up with a variety of surprises as hammocks and even a little bar designed to be the attraction which we all need after a day of walking around the city's points of interest. Bed sheets are provided and all rooms come with security lockers and bathrooms with 24hr hot showers.
Location and surroundings
Walkabout Backpackers is located in a historical building minutes away from the old town. The interior is nicely furnished and combines the modern with the classic. Enjoy modern, comfortable accommodation right between the vibrant Piata Romana and the University Square, the city's most famous restaurants & bars district. This slick and rough, sophisticated and artistic city is a pleasure to explore and roam. A global culture exists in its enigmatic, contemporary style.
Services and facilities
The communal area consists in a nice kitchen, with a bar and a sofa where travelers meet and socialize. Good music and nice atmosphere is what we advertise and respect the most. There's free breakfast,linen and free internet access.
