Triple rooms have one double bed plus one single bed, while the quadruple has 2 double beds.

Thanks to its position, the Guest House is close to restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
The famous Chiado is within just 3 minutes of walking distance.
The excellent new windows allows to sleep peacefully even if the area is very popular in the late evenings.

Residência do Norte has a small common room on the 3rd floor, with a TV, coffee and tea making facilities and an ironing board.
Breakfast is not included, even if guests have an electric kettle, a fridge, a microwaves and a toaster at their disposal in the same floor.
Near, there are some pastry shops where you can have a tasty breakfast for just 2.5€/person.

Great place! Friendly staff, clean room daily, wonderful location, free internet... very easy to get to right near baixachiado metro station. on a street with nightlife that goes til 4 am (but still the room is quiet). i hear that booking in advance is the best way to get a lower rate. COME STAY HERE!!
Got much more of what I bargained for. A bit more expensive than usual hostels, but the privacy is worth it. Depending on the room, you might need to share bath, but everywhere is clean.
