I would highly recommend this hostel, though I realize each person's experience may be different. Good staff, excellent kitchen, the patio was nice to relax at as well. Many good people and very nice housekeeping.
The Private Room we had was great, It had everything we needed and more. The Waffles are good. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. If I come back to SF, I'll stay here again.
A very nice hostel, I'm 48 years old but I liked it very much. Great waffle brekfast and three computers to your service. I stayed at a 6 beds room and was very happy with my room and my room mates. Stefan from Sweden
The location is great and rooms and breakfast are good. Plus the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Very helpful and welcoming staff. Room doorknob was broken and fixed immediately. Waffle for breakfast was great with syrup provided, wish they had butter. Internet service was handy for finding locations for travels. Didn't stay long enough to enjoy the tv lounge, but it looked really nice. I would stay here again in the future, didn't have to walk far to catch the cable car to go everywhere the muni travels, very close to Union Square and many attractions.
