Excellent location for a first time visitor. Everything is accessible by walking (boutiques, beach, restaurants. The room itself is cosy, comfortable and all that is required for a pleasant stay. Compliments to the owner Ms Gaud, very friendly. If ever in Nice, this is where we will stay and we will also tell all our friends about Studios Floreal. Merci beaucoup et au revoir pour le moment. Great position, everything you need and a great price
We had a wonderful stay in a clean, centrally located studio. The staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommendable.

Genegerally speaking, the location is really good. The room is very comfortable and the house host is so friendly and nice that it's easy to get along with.However, it's so close to the main train station. Thus, it's a little bit noisy. All in all, it's quite exellent~~
