Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant downstairs. Bus stops right in front.
Rooms with everything needed but quite old and not in a very good shape (flush working once two, shower dripping water all the time, water dripping on the ceiling when the neighbour take a shower..) Breakfast ok with a pastry and a coffee in a bar downstair. The location is quite good but with the metro downstair it's necessary to take 3 metros to go to the train station. So it's faster to go by foot (20 min-2km). We suffered overbooking. The guy found us an other hotel in the next street.
This hotel is the worst hotel ever we've stayed. We were supposed to stay two nights in this hotel on Christmas day, but the hotel man said that you couldn't stay second day and you should have called before to double check. But He didn't even mail us about that important thing and they didn't post what we should call before check-in. Furthermore, we asked to find another one however he just said "No". At last, we had to find another hotel for next day by ourselves. And what was even worse, he didn't tell us even the direction around the hotel. The hotel was so unkind and non-hospitality... just disappointed.
It's a really good place. We had a good time there. The staff is awesome, super kind and polite, he was amazing! The place is also wonderful, at the centre of the city. The breakfast wasn't too much but enough and the room was clean. I really liked the place, very recommended!
There was literaly a MUSHROOM growing on the bathroom door frame.Staff was super nice & friendly, best location in Naples.If you've been to hostels in Asia, you will be just fine :)
