I was happy with the location being so close to the Termini Station. The front desk staff were friendly. I was disappointed in the room - it felt like a college dorm and the bathroom was painfully small. The price was too high for the accommodations provided. I had nicer places in Paris and Nice for approximately the same price. Not good value for the money.
Even though the staff was attentive and friendly, the hotel itself is not what I expected. A water tank over the toilet leaked a few water drops after every flush, the shower drain was clogged and the advertised pictures must have been of remodeled rooms. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time. Oh, and I am still waiting the wake up call I placed for the day of my return flight.
