About Baglio delle rose
At the feet of Mont Etna in a wonderful landscape there is a nice mansion (casale) of the 17th century; it is among citrus trees and fruit trees; it was renewed without any innovation but keeping its original look by a young architect; it is suitable either for a pleasant holiday or for a working stay. The view from the house is on the Jonio sea to Naxos bay and to Taormina and Calabria; on the other side there is Month Etna or Mongibello, the highest active volcano in Europe.
Baglio delle rose is a nice country house of the seventeenth century surrounded by a field of fruit trees. It's located nearby Giarre city center The nearest places are Taormina, the gorges of river Alcantara, Castiglione di Sicilia, Fiumefreddo natural reserve and Etna park.

The guests can visit an old “palmento”, a cellar which was used to make wine till 1975; in it there is an old wood roman trees; the environment is rustic and it is built in volcano stone.
