Double and triple rooms have bathroom inside, TV and heating / air conditioning.
Single rooms have wash-basin, TV and heating / air conditioning. The bathroom is outside of the room.
Location and surroundings
The hostel is located in the historic downtown area of Madrid, in 23rd of Fuencarral Street (a popular shopping area) at 100 meters of Gran Via and at 5 minutes walking of Puerta del Sol.
All Madrid’s main monuments like Plaza de España, Palacio Real, Retiro Park and of course the 3 museums of the Triángulo del Arte Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen are very near too. Most of the city’s attractions are within walking distance.

You will also find a lot of restaurants, closed to the hostel. And if you want to enjoy the famous 'Madrid night', we are about 15 minutes walking from the principal nightlife areas.

the hostel is nice,clean and friendly,very good located.the room was very small and unfortunately without windows
clean hostal in the city center, near metro. No extra's but oké if you just go there to sleep and see the city
I really liked the Hostal Murallas. First of all it's fantasticly located, just in the centre of Madrid. The room was really ok, provided with tv and air conditioning. It's really good for staying and visiting the city.
Hostal Murallas location was excellent. Close to the main attractions and very easy to locate. The place was very clean and hospitable. Only complaint would be there is only a cash option for payment. The staff speak very little English and we ordered a room with a double bed and received to single beds. Otherwise very good value for money the staff are extremely friendly, your stuff is safe and there is air conditioning.
It was excellent value for money!!! Only one thing, it is on 4th floor by stairs. Anyway i would recomend it!!!
