Airport pick up is charged $45 USD net per transfer. Airport drop off is charged $30 USD net per transfer. Details and charges of airport pick up must be received before guest’s arrival Hotel General Conditions: Hotel Check in time is 3.00p.m & Check out time is 12 noon. Late check out,until 6:00 p.m.,will result in 50% additional charges of the room rate,after6:00p.m. a full night will be charged. Corporate Group-Rate is applied for groups of 10 rooms and above Group rate is available upon request. Written Cancellation is Low Season must be received 24 hours prior to arrival. Written Cancellation is High Season must be received 72 hours prior to arrival. One night charge will be paid to the Hotel in case of No-Show or Late Cancellation. In case a “Credit Facility” is required,a Credit application form must be filled out and approved by the hotel. Extra Bed and Child Policy: Low Season:Extra bed cost $30USD on the basis and subject to currently 10% VAT. High Season:Extra bed costs $40 USD on the basis and subject to currently 10% VAT. One Child,up to 12 years old is free of charge sharing his parent’s bed. Baby cot will be offered free of charge to children under 3 years old.
