TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition will run from 09.12.2013 until 31.12.2013, 10.00 (CEST).
2. To participate to this competition, you must be a fan of HostelsClub on our Facebook fanpage.
3. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except employees of HostelsClub and the sponsor prizes, members of the immediate family of these employees or any person with whom they are domiciled.
4. To partecipate in the competition the user needs to write a comment in the comment box under the competition banner using his/her Facebook account and share that comment on his/her Facebook wall.
5. Every week one city trip is to win. From all comments received on all HostelsClub contest pages a weekly random draw will be made to choose the winners. The winners will be chosen every Monday, the winner for the last week will be chosen on the 31st of December.
6. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days from the draw and will be announced on our Social Media Channels. The winners will be required to provide their full name and contact details.
7. Our voucher is valid until the 31st of December 2014. The free stay can be booked only directly with the hostel according to availability and conditions. HostesClub will send the winner the voucher with terms and conditions and will send the provider of the prize the winner's contact details.
8. The voucher is not valid for ordinary online booking on our website.
9. By entering the competition the participant agrees to participate in such promotional activity, the data you provide may be used for market research and marketing purposes.
10. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. You can participate only once per day in the competition.
11. No cash or other alternatives are available for the prizes.
12. The prize must be taken by the prize winner and may not be transferred to or taken by any third party.
13. HostesClub reserves the right to refuse entry to participants who leave unappropriate comments.
14. The usual privacy policy terms of HostelsClub apply to all personal information we gather.
