Most visitors often head to Marrakech, but Morocco is full of romantic cities waiting to be discovered. Fez is perhaps the most perfectly preserved medieval settlement in North Africa, its crumbling Medina is bewildering network of mosques, lanes and Islamic colonnades.
Casablanca has an elegant café culture that echoes southern France, while the beach city Agadir is arguably the most relaxed of Morocco’s major cities, while Tangier is the conduit between Spain and Africa, with it 1950’s glamour and labyrinth of magical souks.
