A grape is eaten for each chime of the town hall's bells and it's supposed to bring good luck. At the end of the chiming, the packed square erupts into singing, dancing and cheering and champagne flies everywhere. There's usually a fireworks display, and look out for the uneaten grapes which soar through the air too! Afterwards, try and slip off to one of the many fiestas in the local towns and villages.
