You have the opportunity to win a pair of tickets with camping to Seasplash Festival in Stinjan, Croatia

WHEN ENTERING THE CONTEST YOU WILL AGREE ON OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The competition will run from 03.06.2015 until 14.06.2015 24.00 (CEST).

2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except for employees of HostelsClub and the sponsor hostels.

3. To take part in the competition and have a chance of being the prize winner, participants must comment on the festival competition photo published on Instagram and tag a friend. The comment should provide a reason why you want to go to the festival in question.

4. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reasons.

5. HostelsClub reserves the right to refuse entries of participants who leave inappropriate comments.

6. The winner will receive as a prize a pair of festival tickets which provide access to the festival area.

7. The winner will be selected by HostelsClub.com and the final decision can not be appealed against.

8. The winner will be contacted within 2 days from the selection and will be announced on our website and social media channels. The winner will be required to provide his/her full name and contact details. In case not hearing from the winner after contacting within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select and contact a new winner among the participants.

9. The winner will receive the tickets as Etickets sent directly to his/her email.

10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.

11. The usual privacy policy terms of HostelsClub apply to all personal information we gather.

12. The competition is run by HostelsClub and has not been organized or moderated by Instagram.

13. By entering the competition the participant agrees to participate in promotional activity. The data you provide may be used for market research and marketing purposes.
