It can easily be reached walking from Museo del Prado.
STROLL IN THE RETIRO
You might have already passed by this area and walked in the park, but you might not know that this area is a concentration of building in different architecture style. The neighborhood is divided into 6 districts called Estrella, Niño Jesùs, Pacifico, Adelfas, Ibiza and Jerònimos. The first 2 areas are the most modern and richest ones while Adelfa dates back to the Industrial Revolution and features more modest buildings
GET ON THE ROOF OF CÍRCULO DE BELLAS ARTES
Don’t limit your visit to the exhibitions, but walk up to the top floor, order a drink, sit back and enjoy the view on the city, why not at sunset!
GET ON A CABLE CAR….IN MADRID
One of the must-quirky things to do in Madrid is to enjoy it from above thanks to El Teleférico.That’s right, not far from Madrid city centre, there is a cable car linking Paseo del Pinto Rosales to Casa de Campo. Get yourself a fantastic bird-eye view of the city, passing through Parque del Oeste and the church of San Antonio de la Florida.
