Yutniy Dvorik is designed for 30 people and has a common 8-bed female, 10-bed male 7-bed rooms, separate double, triple rooms. In 2, 3, 7-bed rooms have a TV, refrigerator. All beds have comfortable orthopedic mattresses, bed linen and towels are provided. There is a spacious kitchen-studio with the necessary appliances and utensils, a common recreation area with a TV, a place for work. There is free Wifi.

The hostel is located in the center of Odessa near the Otrada beach (600 m to the sea), the Musical Comedy Theater, Shevchenko Central Park, NEMO Dolphinarium, 15 minutes walk to the railway station, Privoz Market. From the central railway station, Privoz market - tram number 5 , 28.
