The building is an historic building. Now it offers more than 20 rooms, there are two large dorms, ideal for groups, it can also stay in private rooms. A perfect place for all types of customers.

Nearby you can visit Valsugana, Feltre, the Lagorai, the National Park of the Dolomites and Belluno Dolomites. To the west you can find, Marostica with the famous Human Chess Game (7 Km), the city of Palladio Vicenza and Verona, Padova south-east, east of Treviso and the Natural Park of the Sile and Asolo.

Lovely characterful building. I had great difficulty finding it because the IYHA map put it in the wrong place which is unforgivable. Fortunately a kind stranger walked me to it. The 'big room' (large dormitary) did have something of a prisoner of war camp feel about it, but one cannot complain given the very low price. Bessano has a charming town centre and is underated.

We were suprised how nice and silent a Youth Hostel can be. The staff is very friendly and it's only a short walk to the city centre.
Good hostel. Jó hostel, kicsit spártai és nincs konyha, de közel van a városhoz.
Spent 2 weeks there, very nice hostel. 5 minute walk from central Bassano. Clean. Very nice rooms. Cons: there must be a kindergarden in the backyard 'cause there were lots of kids producing insane decibels of noise every morning starting at 8 or 9 AM. Also check out Scalabrini (sp?) hostel
