Room types
We offer a range of accommodation in private rooms and mixed dormitories. Our rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. We offer; 2, 4-6, 8 and 11 bed-rooms. All of our rooms are non-smoking. We also offer private family rooms.
All rooms have; a shower, toilet, lockers and a fire alarm system. Linen and towels are free in private rooms, towels cost extra in dormitories. WiFi access is available for free throughout the building.
Location and surroundings
We are situated right next to “Westbahnhof” on the intersection of two metro lines (U3, U6) which take you into the city centre within 5 minutes. Sites like St. Stephen's Cathedral, the city hall, the museums quarter, the parliament, the imperial palace, the “Hundertwasserhaus” and so many more are all to reach within 15 minutes from our hostel by walking or public transport.
Services and facilities
We operate a 24 hour reception with friendly multilingual staff. There is a green indoor-yard with tables and chairs. Guests can also relax in our common room with cosy couches, internet and sat TV. You can also avail of our microwave, fridge, kettle and cutlery.
Breakfast is available after written confirmation for groups (of at least 20 travelers) between 7am and 10am in our breakfast room .
There are numerous Viennese coffee houses, restaurants and bakeries near Westend City Hostel.

it's a nice hostel, not far from city center, i had a pleasant stay. thank u
the hostel is really nice (although vienna is sooooo cold!;-) ). i met a lot of friendly people there and it is easy to get anywhere because the underground is near to the hostel!so,just go there

Terms and conditions
| Cancellation policy | Please notice: Special conditions during New Year's Eve (27.12.2023-02.01.2024) (on 31.12.2023 no Check- In and no Check- Out): Minimum stay: 3 nights. Cancellations for New Year´s Eve have to be done at least till 12.12.2023 and only possible in a written form which must be confirmed by the Hostel. Otherwise we have to charge you 100 % of the total booking amount. We would ask you for payment in advance for the whole booking amount by bank transfer or credit card until 12.12.2023 by bank transfer or by credit card payment. Bookings made after 12.12.2023 need to be paid in full at the date of booking. The bed will be reserved for you until 18:00 clock (06 p.m.). Please contact us if you arrive later and give us your arrival time. General CANCELLATIONS policy: Please note that cancellations have to be done in written form latest 1 week before the arrival day by 8 am at the latest! If you don't arrive without having cancelled before, we have to charge the first night to your credit card. In case that the amount of your reservation surmounts 400 Euros we reserve us the right to ask you for a pre-payment (about 25 % of the total amount). |
