I recommend Villa Agas for everyone who are looking for cheap and nice hostel. I spent there four nights, the room was simple and clean with balcony, fridge, tv, hair dryer etc. The owner was very nice (I don't agree that he doesn't speak English - he does!), he even offered to drop us to the airport (early in the morning) for free :) I think that this is very good hostel for this price :)
