About Sea Point Villas
The villas are ideal for families who would like to relax in privacy, and comfort. As a self catering option, guests are able to determine their own catering budgets, or eat at a restaurant if they so wish. The position of the villas is ideal to explore the area, to see the Sea Caves, Akamas, or visit Paphos town. The beaches are a short walk away, or if you prefer to lounge at the pool, the day is relaxing, quite so you can recharge your batteries. The perfect place for lifetime family memories
We are a family run business, with our focus being customer service. Over the years, our guest have become friends and have many guests, who stay with us every year (some for over 8 years now). Our villas are homely, relaxing, and private with each villa having its own pool.

Our 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, living area (TV connected to WIFI), fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, and private pool. The villas has aircon throughout. WIFI is available free of charge. There is a garden, BBQ area, and on site parking.
Our 5 bedroom villa sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. A large spacious open plan kitchen, dinning living area is on the ground floor. The roof garden is great for sunsets and drinks
Location and surroundings
There are 5 restaurants and bars within the immediate proximity, and the main street with many restaurants is 2km away. The seafront is 700m from the villa, and the nearest beach is 700m away. The bus stop is a short walk away, with buses running every 15 minutes, to Paphos Centre. We are in a quite area, surrounded by banana plantations, and nature. The ideal setting to relax, and enjoy a family holiday.
