About Riad Verus
We have just reopened after the Pandemic and did some renovations. We operate at an average of 85 % occupancy rate year round and are hugely popular with the 22 - 35 year old market, mainly Anglo speakers, Spanish speaker, Germans and USA market. Our team of workers and owners are all in their 20s - 30s and want the guests to have a good time and rave about the Riad to their friends. The environment is informal yet respective to Moroccan culture.

We have 8 rooms in the Riad and 3 of these are dorms:
Dorms are:
7 person mixed ensuite in the main courtyard, AC, Heating, Lockers, Linen and Towels provided.
4 person mixed dorm in the main courtyard, AC, Heating, Lockers, Linen and Towels provided. Bathroom down the corridor.
10 person mixed ensuite on the 2nd floor AC, Heating, Lockers, Linen and Towels provided. In the bathroom there are 2 shower cubicles.

Location and surroundings
We are located in the Batha neighbourhood of Fes in the Old City, known as Fes el Bali or Medina. It is the historical and cultural centre of Fes and its all walking from when you are dropped off by taxi just 2 mins from the Riad. Our neighbourhood is safe and where the majority of hotels are located, many security guards patrol the area and its nicknamed the Beverly Hills of Fes by locals! We have a cafe & serve food onsite & convenience shops are a few metres down the road.
Services and facilities
We have an internal courtyard with running fountain, a Sheisha Berber den upstairs for chilling, also there is a tv lounge room, panoramic viewing terrace which has epic views over the whole of the Medin.
Breakfast is served from 09.30 - 11.30 upstairs in the Riad and we have free mega fast wifi in the whole house.
Plenty of activities to get to choose from like camel trekking, henna, hammam, medina city walking tours, north african cuisine cooking class...
