Nico Apartment Venice is an about 60 square meters accommodation composing of entrance, 2 double rooms (or two twin rooms) each one with private bathroom with shower and shared kitchen.
Location and surroundings
Nico Apartment is only 100 meters from the waterbus (vaporetto) stop 'Zitelle' on the amazing Giudecca island. San Marco is just in front of us at 7 minute waterbus and the frequency of service is every 10 min for 24 hours / 7 days. The connections to Tronchetto (car parking), to Piazzale Roma (bus station), and to Santa Lucia (railway station) are at the same frequency. On summertime we are also connected to Lido beaches every 20 minutes and, also in 20 minutes, you will be there!

The kitchen is fully equipped, also with washing / dryer machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning system. It's in a condominium but with a separate entrance because it is located in a mezzanine floor.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Even for two persons it was quite cheap and then owner gave us a good introduction to the Appartement and to venice. He even brought some beer and a good cheese was left bs the prior visitors. We will come again!
