The house is in a strategic position to reach Siena in just a few minutes (6 km), with the advantage of enjoying the peace of the countryside. There are good restaurants nearby, facilities such as supermarkets and small shops, and farms where it is possible to buy local products directly. From the residence you can easily reach Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti area, but also the south of Siena, with the beautiful Crete Senesi, and the towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino.
In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units.

For cancellations notified 60 days prior to arrival the 30% deposit will be retained in full. From 59 days to 30 days before date of arrival 50% of full payment will be retained. From 29 to 0 days before date of arrival full payment will be retained.
