| Cancellation policy | Reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. (1) The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 (seven) days before arrival. (2) The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in 2 (two) days before arrival. (3) If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charge the total price. |

1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the rooms. There are designated smoking areas inside the property. A maximum of Php 2,000.00 will be charged automatically on guest's account once confirmed by the room attendant. 2. Our Standard Check-In time is 2:00PM. Early check-in before 9:00AM will have a corresponding fee of Php 300.00. 3. Our Standard Check-Out time is 12:00Noon. For late check-out, 50% of the room rate will be charged to the guest starting from 1:00PM to 6:00PM only, beyond that that will be charged as full rate. 4. An incidental deposit of Php 200.00 is required upon check-in. If not consumed it will be refunded to the guest upon the return of the room key and once room will be confirmed clear on their departure date. 5. Any loss or damage of Hotel Property will be charged accordingly. 6. A guest may receive visitors within the property or inside their room from 8:00AM to 10:00PM only. Visitors who stay beyond the visiting hours will be charged accordingly. 7. Guest must leave the room key at the front desk when they leave the hotel property. Loss of room key will be charged to the guest with a fee of Php 500.00. 8. Durian, Marang, Jack Fruit, Dried Fish and other foul smelling food are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. 9. Motorbikes are available for rent. Please proceed to the front desk for information. 10. Complimentary breakfast is served from 6:30AM-9:00AM only.
