Room types
We have 9 self contained bungalows with in-suite bathrooms, and fan, some have a double bed and some have a double and single bed. We also have a dormitory bunk beds for the budget traveler.
The dormitory offers a dry place to sleep with its roof and half walls but is very cool at night with the partial open air.
Location and surroundings
Lake Point Guest House is on the banks of Lake Bosomtwi. The Lake is situated in the Ashanti Region near Kumasi. Take the Accra-Kumasi road. Before you reach Kumasi turn left at Ejisu junction, taking the road to Kuntanase and Abono. Reaching Abono just follow the blue-yellow colored signboard Lake Point on the left hand side. It is around 2km to a small town called Obo. Another signboard will show you the way at the town. 400m after Abono you will reach Lake Point.
