This might be a good option as an affordable hotel on the outskirts of Rouen IF YOU ARE DRIVING, but it is not at all convenient to the train station (20 euros taxi). The room was reasonably clean (for this price point) and reasonably quiet. It was impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor. The best thing about the location is la Bella cagliari restaurant nearby - a great authentic Italian meal.
