Everything was good, and they helped a lot. They are very very kind, I had never seen it before an another hotel. Good. One little problem was: they thought the leg towel was on my room, and they wondered, but they were kind. And when they realized that, leg towel wasn't exist in my room, they appologized.
The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very nice always answering the question of the lost tourist we were. The only inconvenient we had was that the hotel is quite far from the city center and we always had to take a taxi to reach this place. Otherwise, it's very great and we enjoy it a lot with my friends, we recomend it !
