Reviews (8.5 Excellent)
For my review I suggest to read the comment in the lonely planet chicago. Besides: When I wanted to check in, I had to wait for more than 30 min., although there were 3 staff behind the counter: (1) dealing with a guest, (2) eating, (3) at the computer. Then I had to ask to change my room four times, as it was never the one I booked. Staff response is really low - checkout was even worse. But except for that and the slow Internet, the Hostel is ok.
It's a really good place for students.
Wifi very unrealiable but I love this place
I am going to get to 200 caracters. I only have to say, it's a cool place, the people there are nice and serving; there is always some one doesn't like you or you don't like him, but there is no personal stories; professionally they do things right, and more, to satisfy your needs as client. then just one step out there is Cafecito cafe, it is a beautiful place with beautiful people, so nice and kind, food hummm, and service with a big real smile... have a nice sejours there guys
I can definitely recommend this hostel. It's the best hostel I've been so far. The rooms were clean and the staff was really helpful... There is just one bad point: Internet access is only available in the 2nd floor lobby and the connections is very poor. I lost it quite a few times...
