Location and surroundings
Visit monuments like Castelo de S. Jorge, Cathedral da Sé (and other beautiful churches), Teatro Nacional (National Theatre) or enjoy Feira da Ladra (Flea market) afterwards have a relaxing lunch or have a drink sitting on a terrace.
Alternatively, guests can also venture to Alfama and find a wide assortment of traditional Portuguese restaurants at a 5-minute walk. Within a short walk are also some typical Fado Houses, where guests can enjoy a glass of wine while watching a Fado concert.

Overall, the place was cool! Although at first the reservation process got messed up; the staff and place worked with us and we were taken cared of. The madames were great, they made sure we were comfortable the first night when we had to crash on the couch because there were no rooms available. It was an adventure staying at this place!
a very cosy place. Clean, smell of vanilla everywhere, the staff is so sweet and always helpful that you easily forget that you had to wait for the only shower that worked with more than 5 trickles of water...it is a great place to be safe and to feel at home right away!

This place is centrally located to everything in Portugal nestled in the most charming neighborhood. The women running this place are so helpful and warm, ready to accomadate and please. The rooms are very spacious compared to most bunk-bed style hostels. Lockers are large and spacious. The common area is so cute (feels like somone's cozy living room) internet is accessible. Very homy, very family feeling this place. Of all the hostels I stayed at throughout Europe, this is my favorite!
thanks for the great time in lisbon. the staff works hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. very functional and efficient, supermarkets and public transport around the corner, easy walkin distance to most sights too.
