The FinKa opened in July 2021. She is managed by VISO. The VISO is a local social cooperative, creates socially fair jobs, supports regional value creation and always pays attention to the interests of its now more than 50 employees.

Nella finca c'è un'ampia sala da pranzo, un bar, un salotto per il relax, una cucina aperta, un giardino per gli ospiti e una zona prendisole.
