It is a very roomy apartment with two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and other comforts.
Dully furnished double or triple rooms with air-conditioning or fan. Price per room is 25 CUC and payment is done in cash at arrival.
Location and surroundings
It will be a good opportunity by selecting a very central area of Havana few minutes far from the most interesting places of the capital, at only 3 blocks from the beautiful Malecon and in one of the main avenues near the more active cultural centers and few steps far from Capitolio, Vedado, Havana University, Callejón de Hamel, China Town and Rumba Palace. No so far you will find bus stops, discos, tourism offices, cinemas, restaurants, hotels, banks, cash dispensers and money exchange offices.

Lovely apartment with friendly owners. Slightly far from centre of town, but otherwise excellent.
Owners Daniel and Fina are exceptional friendly and helpful and kept the place nice and clean and beautifully decorated. Good value for money!
Casa Daniel and Fina was the best choice we could have taken! During the 4 months in Cuba i stayed there five times, with my friends, with my dad, my boyfriend. Fina and Daniel are are two of the most endearing Cubans I met, always caring for you. They show you where to go in Havana, have so much information material and always prepare great fresh juice :) The huge flat is exceptionally clean, has three spacious rooms and a huge bathroom. You can use the kitchen, TV, whatever you like. Special hint: Try their dinner, its too delicious!
nice, clean 3-room apartment (1 single bed and a matrimonial each room) with shared bathroom located in Habana Centro, 10 minutes walk from Malecón and the Capitolio. The owners, Daniel and Fina, are a lovely retired couple who care 100% for their guests and give a lot of advise about what to do in La Habana, but only in Spanish (English isn't that good). Daniel is an excellent cook, ask for lobster! We enjoyed our stay really much there, as the owners do not live there (as in other casas particulares in Cuba) you have the whole appartment for yourself - big plus! Prices for rooms, breakfast and dinner are quite moderate, it's really worth it!
Daniel and Fina are great person! :) The place is well localised taking into acount the price. You can't get a cheaper place in such a good localisation.
