Staff were very nice. The building is old, so it doesn't look clean. But I think rooms and bathrooms are actually pretty clean. It's not located in the happening area--rather shitty area, but it's really close to Skytrain station. Scary looking people hang out in front of the next door at night. A woman might not want to arrive at night without company.
It was fairly quiet most of the time, really respectful people, helpful staff. Position is great if you like to walk or plan on getting metro passes to make your way around the city.
Staffs are very friendly! hostel is clean,nice and good atomosphere!
