The private and dorm are really spotless. It is so hard to find dust there. Especially the common bathrooms, the staff clean them nearly every an hour!
Location and surroundings
Beijing Templeside Courtyard Hutong House has very good location in the city center of Beijing. It is really close to metro station. It is less than 3 kilometers to all major sites of Beijing including Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Hou Hai bar area and Xi Dan shopping centers There are two old Buddhist temples around the hostel, which are only in 3 minutes walking distance.
so lovely a little hostel,clean and nice. not like others in a mordern building, it is a garden house in a old Hutong, very Chinese, Very Beijing. The owner and his wife are so nice couple, much fun there, I like it.
Templeside is well located, clean, fairly priced... what more could I say! The owner offers all the service you could possibly ask for: airport pick up, internet, ticket reservation, you name it. They also organise private and semi private tour that gives you an authentics look at the Beijing area, no flag no microphone , no big crouds, the real thing. Ho yeah, and most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to enter a genuine Beijing hutong. To be realistic, it's a bit hard to find and the breakfast could be better.
Beijing's September is beautiful, but this guesthouse make me feel even more fantastic. The old house hidden in hutong with a garden is so quiet, calm, elegant and beautiful. Everywhere is very neat and clean, and the staff are really great. Thanks booby, thanks for all the help. Highly recommended place!
I have never seen the better hotel or hostel than this hostel before.The staves are very smart,warm and kind.They helped me every time I have a problem and always give me nice plan.They did everything very much more than I had hoped.I could enjoy my travel completely because of this hostel.
Beautiful quaint hostel in a quite and clean hutong. Staff were great and extremely helpful in arranging onward travels.
