Room types
We have single, twin, double and triple private rooms, a family room and 4-bed dorms as well. All rooms are lockable, have free WiFi and air-conditioning and a private or communal fridge.
Please note that the use of air-conditioning is restricted to night time only.
Please note that children cannot be accommodated in dormitories, single, double or triple rooms, only in the family room.
Location and surroundings
At Aussie Way you will be away from the hustle and bustle but it will only take 10 - 15 minutes walk to get to the City Centre. You'll be walking distance to Roma Street Parklands, Brisbane Transit Centre, Suncorp Stadium, Southbank Area and Paddington & Caxton Street nightlife.
Services and facilities
You'll be able to cook your own meals in our kitchen and use our laundry facilities. We have a swimming pool and outside entertainment area for you to chill out and internet facilities as well.
Please note that no alcoholic drinks are to be taken on to the premises. The Hostel is located in a residential area and therefore has noise limitations.

The airtrain is the cheapest way to get to us ($17.00 per person) or you can book Con-X-Ion bus (go to the Information/Booking Desk at the airport or call 07 5556 9888 or go on line at https:// - Con-X-ion requests that all airport transfer bookings be processed at least 48 hours in advance) - this shuttle bus service can pick you up at the airport and drop you directly to the Hostel (Approx. $20 per person). The greyhound bus and airtrain stop in Roma St. Station. The easiest way to reach the Hostel is (if you have the train station/lines on your right side) to walk straight through Roma Street. You need to take the first street to the right (Countess St.) and pass underneath the bridge. Stay on the left and veer left into Secombe St. When you reach Petrie Terrace (100m further), just cross the street and Cricket St. is before you. You'll find the Hostel on your left side.
