Room types
We have a variety of rooms, ranging from en-suite double rooms to the more traditional shared dorms.
Our double rooms are standard with satellite TV, king size bed and room safe.
All rooms are standard with lockable storage and place to hang your clothes. Each room is unique, with individual character and life, it is very spacious and features good quality mattresses. All linen is included and towels are for rent. Breakfast is included for everyone
Location and surroundings
Green Point is a trendy neighbor hood 2km from the city center. Cape Town stadium is 500m from the hostel and you can walk to the V&A Waterfront in 10mins. All major transport options are available (MyCiti bus,local taxi,private taxis)
Green Point is home to some of the coolest restaurants in the city. You will find gourmet burgers, trendy Mexican, famous steak houses and great traditional pubs all within 5 min walk.
Services and facilities
Atlantic Point has been built and furnished to the highest standard to cater for all your needs: we arrange activities and book adventures, we have weekly bbq's (Braai), hikes and party nights. At our hostel the internet is free, as well as breakfast. All of the essentials (2 kitchens and spacious common areas) and more (such as a swimming pool and mini golf course) were put together and Atlantic Point Backpackers was created and doors opened in June 2010.
