The staff is very personable and helpful. Especially the room service personnel. Keep in mind though that there are limited employees here who speak English. A few at the front desk, but whether they are on shift makes a difference. Make sure you can speak and understand basic mandarin. Otherwise, excellent service, great amenities, delicious food, and friendly staff!
