In this house you can find absolute privacy and security that allows you to relax and unwind as you like. Our house works similar to hotels, ie we do not allow visits to the rooms of people who do not stay overnight in our house.
Hostal Almendares is a beautiful colonial house located in one of the best residential neighborhoods of Havana, 5 minutes from the National Bus Station and the Plaza of the Revolution.

Rent 3 separate bedrooms (two beds for each room), two of the rooms are located on the ground floor and another upstairs, all of them have private bathrooms, hot and cold water, air conditioning, fan and refrigerator, also have windows that allow tourists to enjoy the Cuban climate and natural light. The room upstairs [similar to an apartment] also has a kitchen and a large terrace.
The air conditioning is only legitimate to use it 8 hours per day maximum to avoid extra-costs.

We are located in one of the best residential neighborhoods of Havana while in the center of the city: Walking you will find:
- 5 minutes from the National Bus Station and the Plaza of the Revolution.
- 10 minutes from the University of Havana.
- 20 minutes from the Havana Malecon and the popular Calle 23 (La Rampa )
- 30 minutes from the historic old town (Habana Vieja)

We enjoyed this place because it was nice to have access to the terrasse and the local life of havana central. There are real people living in this street and it is nice to meet with the cuban away from havana vieja. The accomodation is basic and comfortable enough, take soap with you. it is light and will give you a taster of havanisan's life. Oscar is helpful and will assist you with any queries , but once in the dunjeon you are on your own . The terrasse, the stary nights and the cuban chatting away in the distance ...Great.

Lovely Staff, very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the room with the top balcony was great! It was a bit far away from the attractions but if you don't mind walking then I would definitely recommend this Casa.
Very nice and clean casa, located in beatiful part of La habana. Quiet place with accomodations arround. Not so far from the center of La Habana. Très belle casa, très propre. Le propriétaire est sympahtique. L'endroit est calme avec plusieurs commodités à proximité. Un peu plus éloigné du centre, mais facilement accessible à pied. Je recommande!
