Room types
We provide double ensuite rooms and private 4bed ensuite rooms, so all our rooms have private bathrooms. Moreover, one top-floor room also offers a big private terrace.
Location and surroundings
Right next to us you can enjoy the best Piran restaurants and bars with sea view. For the sea lovers, there is a diving centre just 40m away and the seaport at 300m from us. There are also grocery shops and an open air market in our very neighbourhood.

Reception is open everyday from 12-20h.
In case of late arrival (after 21h) please let us know! We will extra wait for you till 22h. After this each waiting hour will be charged 5EUR

Private Room with bathroom: bathroom ok, but open cables in the shower. bedroom has no window, there was no air -> slept on the floor of the entry more near to the bathroom, where there is the ONLY window. woke up during sleep, cause no oxygen. rooms are just below the roof -> very hot, head bumping all the time. there was an air conditioning, but no way to turn it on, even asking the staff didnt help, seems didnt want us to. there were towels but dirty. only good thing: a private roof terrace
Good position and, for a short staying, definitely a good choice. For a long stay, you'll have to deal with the feeling of tightness, due to the specific of the old city of Piran; the room view is the opposite house's facade (3 meters distance) - no open space or sea view. Considering this, the room could have had more personality, now it's too austere and poor, with a sort of a prison cell feeling.
