Staff is horrible. Constant problems with keys. Wi-Fi only works at the main lobby. Cracked windows. No products on vending machines.
I didn't like that I tried to cancel my reservation and the staff said he couldn't help me, that it has to be done online too. I wish they could improve this part of their service to make it easier for the customers. The guy didn't Even want to help me find where to go and do that,
Do not stay here. Everything went wrong as soon as we arrived there. Having paid my deposit the receptionist charged us $20 more than was written on my booking confirmation. When I asked her why I should pay an extra $20 she couldn't answer me other than 'that's what my computer is telling me to do'. I then asked her how much is the room in total, she said she couldn't answer me and I would have to contact the website I booked the room from. I told her I booked it from their website!!! The breakfast was non existent. There was bread and some fruit. There was no butter! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere! The room was disgusting and had screws and nails scattered on the bed!! Avoid at all costs!!!
I work in the hospitality industry and that was the poorest service I have ever come across! Receptionist was clearly half asleep when we came to check in at 11 pm. We waited 15 minutes as we rang bell at front waiting for her to come out. She gave two wrong keys to my friend who arrived later and she walked in on two seperate guests. This is simply not acceptable. Not very central location. Not much variety at breakfast. Rooms were comfortable.
The staff were helpful and all transactions with checking in and out were very smooth. The maid service was more than willing to give us extra room coffee which was great! The bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel. Great experience, great price I would definitely come back!
