The apartament is very well situated, next to the underground e colosseum . The owner is nice and make a decrase in the price if you are ready to make your breakfast. We had a flat to share with another couple, and we had the kitchen to make our breakfast. are statisfied with our stay at Simpatia. Taking in regard that it is a low budget place to stay it was pretty good. We felt very welcome, the manager is a nice man paolo, but: We've got a bottle of Italian wine at the first day, but there was no tool to open it (!)
For me it was the perfect hotel (hostel): a perfect position in the city, clean, good neighborhood, friendly staff. If you don't want to spend to much on a hotel, but just want a nice stay in Rome this is perfect...
