A 3 night minimum stay rule applies to the dates from 29.12.2023 till 01.01.2024 (included) If the minimum stay rule is not complied with, the booking will be cancelled. The full balance must be paid on the day of the booking. Failure to pay the full cost upon confirmation of booking will result in the cancellation of your booking. All booking are non-refundable for this period. • Easter 2019 Special Booking conditions apply for Easter bookings (April, 18th – April, 22nd included) There is a 2 nights stay minimum request. *Full remaining balance to be paid on the day when the booking has been done. *The balance is not refundable in case of any cancellations. *failure to pay the balance will result in booking cancellation. Reservation made for less than 2 nights will be cancelled. Special Event New Year Eve 2019/2020. Special Booking conditions apply for New Year Eve bookings (31st-th of December). There is a 2 nights minimum stay in a row request. *Full remaining balance to be paid on the day when the booking has been done. *The balance is non-refundable in case of any cancellations. *failure to pay the balance will result in booking cancellation. Reservation made for less than 2 nights will be cancelled. For Group Bookings (6+ guests), 50% payment in advance, 1 month prior to arrival date. Cancellation is free of charge 3 weeks prior to arrival date, otherwise the entire amount will be charged.
