Shopping, Culture and Hostels in Leipzig Germany

Leipzig is a city that most people coming to Germany don't know about, yet HostelsClub has a couple of reasons why you should make it part of your Germany tour. Bitersüs - In collaboration with the label, Dekadent, a new address for fashion victims and style junkies was established in the beginning of this year. Leipzig is THE city when it comes to good taste in partying and music. The most famous DJs are happy to perform in Leipzig on a regular basis.

Ilses Eri ka - The most curious and at the same time most popular indie club in town. It's open seven days a week and appreciated especially among students and other young folk. Academixer - What had begun with a couple of students in 1966 is now today one of the most popular cabaret stages in Leipzig. Before and after the shows you can have beer in the restaurant named 'Mixer'. (Kupfergasse 2, 04109 Leipzig) Deutsches Buch- und Schriftmuseum - For 120 years the German Book and Scripture Museum has been collecting, archiving and making accessible their precious documents of literary culture. Are you looking for something special in Leipzig, book with SEI-Hostel. SEI means Space Education Institution, and yes, you will probably meet astronauts and people working in the space branch there. Students reside here but backpackers are also welcome at the SEI Hostel. They have a big yard with barbecue facilities, a beer garden and a conference room. It's a very nice place for traveling solo, groups and even for families. The staff is friendly and you will feel like your really home.
