Sep 10, 2009 - The location is nice. The bathroom needs renovation, like hot water. Kitchen is nice. Beds are alright. Just require additinal individual locker per bed to keep valuables in the room.

May 28, 2009 - I really liked the feel of this hostel, it did make you feel like you were sharing an old fashioned apartment, and for such a cheap price with breakfast included it was really good! beds a bit old fashioned but still good and good kitchen facilities!

Apr 16, 2009 - Location is great, very near railway station and metro. The romanian Guy is great, very friendly and helpful. They do not charge you for sth like bedlinen and they offer you the use of a refridgerator. The hostel is quite small, only two bedrooms and a little bit too old, the facilities are bit of out of date. And beds are sofa beds, a little bit uncomfortable. Anyway, worth the price.
Mar 19, 2009 - The best place I've ever stayed at - honestly! Don't hesitate to ask the guys that run "My Place" about interesting places in Budapest. Great atmosphere because you feel like visiting old friends. It's a flat with max. 12 guests. The "living room" is very cosy. The place is well-furnished by an artist. Breakfast is included. Be fair and wash your dishes!

Jun 16, 2008 - Definitely recommend the hostel: prime location, nice and helpful staff, quaint, authentic atmosphere. I would suggest that the hosts place some "quiet hours" policy for review especially for those insenstive and clueless guests (like the fellow Americans in their mid 20s who spoke all night in the front room while we were trying to get some sleep!). I will gladly stay there again.
