Staff was good.
Microwave not offered even to warm the food..
City tax and non membership charges are above the rate mentioned on the website thats bad!!
But it is still value for money.

Aug 07, 2009 - Best hostel I have ever seen! Smaller rooms, clean, shower and toilet superb. Only disadvantage would be that it isn't in the centre.
Jul 09, 2009 - Travelled around Europe this summer and stayed in a range of hostels. This one was the cleanest and smartest hostel of my trip. Quite expensive but no surprise for Zurich. . Check out the red factory bar near. cool place for a drink and view of city skyline. Friendly staff as well.

May 16, 2009 - Cleanest hostel out of all the places I stayed at on my European trip (Rome, Venice, Zurich). It is though 16 mins away from Zurich Bahnhof by Tram No. 7 Buffet Breakfast is good, but room has no cooling, so it can get hot. But the hostel is superclean and has a bunch of games in the dining area. I didn't make use of it though!
