Hi,
We had a lovely trip to Paris and to stay with you. You have been very friendly and provide service to guests. I am happy.
But
I have been disappointed by the bathing facilities. The water has been regulated by extremely hot water to cold water, out of control ...
We have been rather unfortunate that the night of Saturday the 11 April was a Spanish girl who was pissed. She shouted, screamed, beat 2 times in our room (room 13). From 4 am to 6 am. My daughters was afraid for her construction.
I need a guidance to the similar problem. It cannot be true that ONE girl can be allowed to interfere with so many guests!
Door to the rooms are very leaky. The scar that I am staying at your hostel over the winter period (cold season).
Toilet paper was not inserted into the container, which was difficult to pull toilet paper while sitting on toilet from long distance!!! Not ones, all toilet and every day!!!

Aug 03, 2008 - Det var et rigtig hyggeligt fransk hostel med sjovt personale, bar og frit internet. Dog var det et meget primitivt sted, men det var perfekt, hvis man vil bo ordentligt fransk, som samtidig ligger centralt med gåafstand til Eiffeltårnet og metroen.
