Nov 15, 2009 - very friendly staff, my room was very okee for the time being there. There was some noise in the early morning, but it is like that everywhere, so if you are looking for a nice place to spend a couple of nights, you've found it.
Oct 20, 2009 - We had to change room. The first room was cold, only hot water in the schower, not in the sink and no place to put the towels. The new room was fine. A basic hotel good for sleeping and close to the Central Station and downtown.
Oct 17, 2009 - Hotel Verona is ok.People from the hotel were helpful to help us find our way in Milan!I recommend it if you don't care about luxury.central location.Breakfast was included.

Sep 20, 2009 - Small hotel, little dingy. Good for one night, beause is close to the railway station and about 15 min walking to the city centre. Staff very nice - English speaking - I was offered a free breakfast.
Sep 01, 2009 - The room was nice, with small private bathroom, comfy bed, close to the Milano Centrale train station. The only thing bad was that the sound insulation is bad.
Aug 22, 2009 - It's really convenient,near the Central Station ,but not a few steps;you can't see it when you go out of the station:))I stayed there for two days in different times.I went shopping in Milan and it was a problem for me to carry heavy luggage to other cities. They kept my extra luggage for me for three days till I returned. Peter and Carlo are really helpful receptionists and everything for the hotel.They have perfect English. The only problem they didn't find a solution for was mosquitos.If you stay in the single room on the first floor, the one that I didn't manage to kill will be waiting for you :))

because this hotel`s staff don`t work his job.
I have never been to this hotel.
